Offshore Logistics (Asia Pacific); OLAP that adherence to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) System, good working practices and safety awareness amongst all employees is the key to avoiding all accidents. The management team and operational workforce at OLAP shall acquire a proactive approach in ensuring continuous improvements of safety standards.
The management team shall be obligated in ensuring that all employees are trained and motivated to follow safe working practices.

For OLAP, the most valuable asset is the people behind it. Therefore, all practical steps shall be implemented to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees, contractors, subcontractors and any other person involved in our operations onshore and offshore.

It is also OLAP’s strong believe that safe healthy working conditions, and the protection of the environment are parts of good management practice, which improves business results by reducing injuries, ill‐health, losses and liabilities, while improving morale and productivity.

OLAP acknowledges that improvements to the working environment must be an ongoing process, and it is important to exceed the minimum legal requirements.

Every employee of OLAP will undertake HSE responsibilities and demonstrate its accountability commitment at all times. Similarly, employees have an obligation to collaborate on all HSE matters, exert self‐discipline, maintain HSE awareness and prevent injury to themselves and others.

As part of an on-going process, OLAP pledges to obtain, communicate and make HSE Information available as and when required. Similarly, the monitoring of HSE performances and continuous evaluation of the HSE Policy shall be observed.

Environmental Consciousness

Offshore Logistics (Asia Pacific), OLAP is providing services and equipment supplies to the offshore industry; involving the marine and other environments. These environments are easily compromised by accidents or bad operational practices.

As a vital part of our HSE policy, we shall focus on safety in all operations, and in particular prevent incidents and accidents that can lead to pollution and damage to the environment, air, water, land, flora, fauna and wildlife.

We shall maintain an efficient waste management system on all worksites with waste segregation and safe disposal utilizing authorized and licensed operatives. This includes focusing on the individual’s moral responsibility for the environment in order to prevent unconscious or thoughtless spillage of waste.
